As a Planning Coordinator, Ruth organizes and delegates tasks so that Bezou Financial follows through with the promises we make to our clients. Ruth is a critical component for the smooth handoff from our business development team, who helps clients initiate and execute their financial plan when our business/client relationship begins or is adjusted, to our operations team whose focus is ongoing client service and maintenance. Simply put, Ruth makes sure nothing slips through the cracks by ensuring there are no cracks.
Ruth joined Bezou Financial Planning Group in August 2021 as Jason Bezou's executive assistant and began her role as a relationship manager in January 2023. Prior to joing Bezou Financial, Ruth spent eight years working in administration with the State of Texas.
When she is not in our Monroe office, Ruth works remote from Longview, TX where she lives with her two children and husky, CeCe.
